Hello and welcome – We’re glad you found us!

We are the Inside Culture Academy, or ICA for short, and our goal is to help you prepare for life in Germany – with everything that entails: work, housing, studying, healthcare, dealing with authorities, learning German, and much more. We provide answers to (almost) all your questions. And because that’s not enough, we also offer trainings, coachings, and webinars to fully prepare you for your new life in a new culture.

Why do we do this?

We’re a team of experts – trainers, choaches, psychologists, lawyers, public administrators, real estate agents, and more – all with one shared goal: your success! Why? Because Germany needs bright minds like yours, we admire your courage and determination, and we want to make your start here as smooth as possible.
Many of us come from other countries or have lived abroad ourselves. We know that the beginning can be challenging before things get easier.
