Welcome to our Mentoring Community & Online training - The hidden rules of German culture

What we offer: Our community isn’t just a place to access your training course - it's also where you can find coaching sessions and crucial information on topics that matter to you. From queries about studies and finances to navigating government agencies and mobility solutions, we provide solid answers and practical tips, all from expert sources.

Just the best for you: Our goal is to provide you with the best possible, sustainable, and cost-effective advice. Additionally, some of our posts include links that can greatly simplify your life. For example, we offer guidance on how to create a German CV or which documents you need for apartment hunting to make a strong impression.

Building connections: We strongly believe in the power of community. In our space, you have the opportunity to connect with other members, contribute your own posts, and engage in lively discussions to forge new contacts. This is your platform to share experiences, pose questions, and support each other in your journeys.

A good place for you: Whether you're seeking advice on childcare, assistance with job hunting, or simply want to meet friendly peers, our community is the perfect place for you. We are excited to welcome you soon and assist you on your journey!

And one more thing: We diligently update our posts and strive to quickly incorporate topics that are important to you. However, we’re not perfect - if you notice something amiss, we greatly appreciate your feedback.

In that spirit: Let's grow together!

In the premium online training "The hidden rules of German culture", you will gain a fascinating insight into German culture and learn why cultural understanding is crucial for your professional growth, academic success, and personal development.

This training will also teach you how to communicate and work effectively in groups and collaborate successfully with your colleagues. Culture is the backbone of our identity and influences our thinking and actions to an incredible extent. Through this understanding, you will gain important insights that will propel you forward both personally and professionally.

Take this advantage and don’t waste any time. Get oriented from the start because the focus should be on you and your success, not on unnecessary misunderstandings that make you doubt.

How does it work:
After booking, you can start immediately. You find access to your course via the community login under "Your content".

Training Structure:
It is divided into 10 chapters, each broken down into short lessons using simple language and the microlearning principle. Each lesson focuses on a key concept, delivered through storytelling. The stories we use in the training are real, but to protect the privacy of the individuals involved, we have changed the names and some minor details.

Each lesson concludes with practical career tips and a call to action, encouraging you to reflect on what you’ve learned. At the end of each chapter, there’s a quiz to test your knowledge.

Duration of the Training:
It varies: some complete it in two days; others prefer to take it one chapter per day, stretching it over about two weeks. We recommend not doing more than three chapters a day to fully engage with the topic.

At the end of the training, you will receive an ICA certificate.
